The delivery got here quicker than I expected, which was great because I was already getting impatient waiting around. The only annoying part was the tracking, it lagged a bit and didn’t update fast enough.

I tried using curbside pickup and it was frustrating. I waited in the car for what felt like forever, and nobody ever came out with my order. I’m not sure if they missed the check-in or were just short-staffed, but either way..

I went to Réno-Dépôt expecting the usual runaround because I had no idea what I needed for a small plumbing fix, and I was already annoyed just thinking about making two trips. But the guy in the aisle actually knew what he was talking about. He explained the parts, pointed me to the cheaper option, and even told me what not to waste money on. Why can’t it always be like that? Saved me a ton of frustration and probably a second trip. Really appreciated the help

I booked the installation through RenoDepot it was a rough experience from start to finish. They rescheduled on me twice, then the installer showed up late and clearly seemed like he was trying to get in and out as fast as possible. He left a bit of a mess behind, and one of the parts wasn’t even lined up properly. I tried calling afterward to get it sorted out, but I just kept getting bounced from one person to another. For what I paid, I definitely expected a lot better. I wouldn’t book this again.

It’s alright overall. They’ve got a decent mix of stuff, but I did notice a few things I was looking for weren’t there. Not bad, just could be a bit better.

So... I ended up waiting around all day for the delivery, and the truck never showed up. Frustrating, especially since this has happened before...

I went in needing a little help, but it felt like the staff mostly ignored me. When I finally asked someone a question, they seemed kind of annoyed. I can’t say for sure if they were just busy or having an off day, but it definitely didn’t feel very welcoming

I kept seeing promo prices on renodepot.com and thought I was getting a decent deal, but once I got to checkout, the total would change or the promo code would suddenly say it wasn’t valid. I started wondering if I had missed some fine print or clicked the wrong item, but I checked a couple of times and it still didn’t add up.
Customer service didn’t really clear it up either. They basically told me to try again later, which made me question if it was just a temporary glitch, but after wasting that much time, I gave up. The prices aren’t even that great once the discount disappears.

I was trying to place my order, but the payment kept failing over and over, and then my cart randomly emptied. It was more frustrating than— anyway, it felt like a total waste of time.

I checked the website before heading over and the stock info was mostly on point, one thing showed as low and I wasn’t totally sure it would still be there but I looked around a bit and ended up finding it, so it worked out fine and wasn’t really a big deal.

I ordered 4 items, and somehow 2 of them were not the ones I picked online. Always fun when shopping turns into a guessing game, right? I had to call and get it sorted out, which was a bit annoying, but at least it got handled.

I ordered a few things from renodepot.com and ended up returning one item because I picked the wrong size. The return itself was straightforward, but at the same time I felt like the instructions could’ve been a lot clearer, so it was easy and kind of not easy, if that makes sense.

I dropped the item off and then waited longer than I expected for the refund to land. I kept checking my email even though nothing was really happening, which made it feel more frustrating than it probably needed to be.

In the end, the refund did go through, so I can’t really complain too much. It worked, but it was also slow enough to be annoying, so I’d say it was okay and not great at the same time.
